Service Description
Are you a new group of managers or doctors trying to navigate your way through the hospital? Maybe your department recently underwent a period of turnover and you are trying to find your mojo. Maybe you just recognize that your specific department or area of practice isn't flowing as efficiently as they should. Whatever the case, I can help you navigate these changes! I will start by interviewing all group members, visualizing work flow and going through current protocols. We will then all sit down and discuss exposed troubled areas and work through simple, easy-to-implement changes for whatever improvements are needed. Depending on the size of your department and/or group, we can decide whether a month-to-month plan or hourly services will best serve your needs. I am happy to discuss what will work best during our initial consultation.
