Whole Hospital Consultation

Service Description

All staff and managers will be surveyed. Workflow & day to day life in your hospital will then be visualized & assessed. Following a thorough review into all of the working parts of your hospital, we will sit down and prioritize concerns and troubled areas. I will then help to develop and implement simple, real-life solutions to these areas. As always, the focus is on effective workflow, communication, and staff quality of life while always keeping top notch patient care in mind. We will discuss the "Why's" and "How's" of what we are doing to keep all staff and managers accountable. Follow up consultations are strongly encouraged to continue this development process. The length of time needed for the above plan is completely dependent on the size of the hospital and depth of services needed. Following an initial one-hour initial consultation, I recommend starting with a month-to-month plan, though the type of service is always up to you. Following the first month, continued services may best serve your hospital for regular month-to-month meetings, or scale back to occasional hourly consultations as needed. Regular check-ins will occur as we continue to navigate and work with your ever-changing practice.
